Who we are

Our website address is: https://swedishga.com. This policy covers swedishga.com only.

What we collect

When you submit the class signup form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the class and season you selected, and any notes you add. We don't use cookies, and we don't have visitor accounts, comments, or a login system on this site.

How we use it

We use your signup information to email Catharina Lundin and the site administrator so they can follow up with you about enrollment, payment, and class details. Every submission is also logged in our database so we have a record of who signed up for what.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Your signup details pass through two services that help run the site: Resend, which delivers the notification email, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores the signup log. Both only process this data on our behalf to make the form work — they don't use it for their own purposes.

If a class is run in partnership with another organization (for example, a class offered through the Swedish Club of Seattle), that organization handles its own registration and privacy practices separately — this policy only covers information submitted directly through swedishga.com.

How long we keep it

We keep signup records so we have a history of past enrollments. If you'd like your information removed, contact us (below) and we'll delete it, aside from anything we're required to keep for legitimate administrative or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
